Lithium vs. lead-acid: the real math
A lead-acid pack costs less up front but needs replacing every 4-6 years, loses range as it ages, and wants monthly maintenance. A quality lithium pack typically carries a 5-10 year warranty, holds its range, and needs nothing. Over 8-10 years of ownership, lithium is usually the cheaper battery — it just front-loads the cost.
What a conversion includes
Lithium battery pack sized to your cart and range needs, matched smart charger, mounting hardware, and a full systems check in our shop. Most conversions are same-week. E-Z-GO RXV/TXT and Club Car Precedent/Tempo/Onward are the most common platforms we convert.

FAQ
How much does a lithium golf cart battery upgrade cost?
Most conversions land between $1,800 and $3,500 installed depending on pack size and platform — typically less than two rounds of lead-acid replacement, with more range and zero maintenance from day one. Call (954) 350-0440 for a quote on your cart.
How long do lithium golf cart batteries last?
Quality lithium packs are rated for 2,000-5,000 charge cycles — 10+ years of normal neighborhood use — and most carry 5-10 year warranties. Lead-acid packs typically last 4-6 years.
How far can a lithium golf cart go on a charge?
Most of our lithium builds do 30-45 miles per charge; larger packs go further. That's roughly double a tired lead-acid pack, and the range doesn't fall off a cliff as the battery ages.
Can any golf cart be converted to lithium?
Nearly any common E-Z-GO, Club Car, or Yamaha electric cart can be converted. Bring it by either location, or call with the make/model/year and we'll spec a pack.
